ACD promote sustainability in all aspects of design and work closely with our ecologists to maximise potential on EcoHomes and Code schemes. We believe this will become more prevalent in the future and we are already involved in Code Level 6 schemes that require the maximum potential from our design. |

| To further our knowledge and understanding of the process, Director Stephen Dale has attended the BRE EcoHomes Assessor course and we have established a relationship with Leku, accredited EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessors. John Buchanan, the Director is very commercially aware and has an extensive experience of the development world.
